Privacy Policy
Privacy
This policy explains what information ohgane.com collects and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Catering and party inquiry forms — your name, phone, email, event date, guest count, location and message.
- Accessibility settings — if you use the accessibility button, your choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay on as you browse. They never leave your device.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry and plan your event. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who handles it
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions for us.
- DoorDash handles online orders when you click Order; their privacy policy applies there.
- Google provides the maps on our location pages and the fonts used on this site; loading them shares your IP address with Google.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on events, then deleted.
Your California rights
You can ask to know what we have about you, correct it or delete it, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. Email ohganekbbq@gmail.com; we respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page.
